Meditation for me has become my rock and allows me to feel safe, strong and secure no matter what is going on in the outside world.
It has allowed me to better understand myself and the beliefs that I hold and how these influence the choices I make.
It has given me an inner strength that I didn't know was within me and I would love to share this with you too.
These 8 weeks of meditation are designed for those that are completely new to meditation or who only meditate with a guided recording and want to learn to meditate on their own and take their practice deeper. We will start slowly but by the did of the 8 weeks you will have you own daily established meditation practice and will be noticing the improvements in your mood, your productivity, your relationship with self and others.
During the 8 weeks you will explore a number of different practices from all over the world, from different belief systems and healing modalities giving you the opportunity to find the practice that speaks to your soul.
Each week you will experience a new meditation for you to practice so grab a blanket, maybe a cushion (although you are welcome to spend the whole time laying down if that is the medicine you need) and perhaps a journal so you can record your journey, experiences and insights to keep as a beautiful memento.
